Positive Thoughts and the Law of Attraction are two things that naturally go hand in hand. This is a concept that I have never really understood. Of course I knew that by having positive thoughts, then the laws of the Universe would allow positive things to happen to me. That’s fine and it makes sense. But the problem was that I had never really found success. At least not to the level that I wanted it to be. I had been punching away at strategy after strategy, trying to make a success of myself, but nothing ever really clicked. The pressure that I was putting on myself to succeed was so great that I thought it would never happen. These types of Negative Thoughts then just brought me down and down and before I knew it, I was feeling depressed and was ready to give up. I just couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it.

I could see that the problem was caused by my emotions and I knew that the only way to get out of this spiraling depression was by reprogramming my mind. I was completely at the affect of my emotions and it was rapidly turning into a vicious circle.

I guess it was something like this:

NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

CREATED NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

CREATED NEGATIVE ACTIONS

CREATED NEGATIVE EVENTS

CREATED MORE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

So when I looked at this process and understood how it worked, it became blindingly obvious to me that by the laws of Yin and Yang and Every Action Having An Equal And Opposite Reaction, I thought that if it works with negative thoughts then it should also work with Positive Thoughts. By starting with Positive Thoughts, I would start to take Positive Action and this would eventually lead to Positive Results. Positive Results makes me feel really good and so the cycle starts again. Snowballing into a sequence or Lifetime of Success. By the natural Law Of Attraction, I am creating my own success. I guess the sequence should really look like this:

POSITIVE THOUGHTS

CREATE MORE POSITIVE EMOTIONS

CREATES POSITIVE EVENTS

CREATES POSITIVE ACTIONS

PRODUCES MORE POSITIVE THOUGHTS

I often wonder what makes some people “LUCKY” and others “UNLUCKY”. A lot of people have said to me over the years that I am one of those “lucky people” and that “good things always happen to me“. Well now I beg to differ. I now realize that it is our Positive Thoughts and our belief in the Natural Law of Attraction, that create our “Luck”. I’m not one of the lucky ones. I’ve just learnt the process of Reprogramming the Mind For Success.

Positive Thoughts, lead to Positive Actions, which produce Positive Results.

Yours sincerely,

The Psycho-Cybernetic Mechanism (PCM) is our brain’s version of a thermostat. Just like the one found in an airconditioning system, it’s role is to measure the deviation from setpoint and produce an output that will return the temperature back to it’s original settting. Our brain’s PCM is very similar, but it’s not only associated with temperature. It is more concerned with our Comfort Zone and when we find ourselves in an uncomfortable situation, it will trigger a series of events to naturally bring us back to our happy medium. This function actually plays a very important role in our survival. To do this, the PCM employs the role of the Amygdala.

The Amygdala is an almond shaped set of nuclei in the brain. It is most commonly associated with emotions such as fear, anxiety, doubt and depression. This Amygdala is actually the circuit that is triggered by the PCM when it senses you are out of your comfort zone. It releases the chemicals that cause you to feel doubt, fear and anxiety.

Stay tune for part 2 and we’ll find out what this all means.

Yours sincerely,
